In which, employees are required to actively research and understand subjects, principles and conditions for interest rate support and terms as prescribed in the Decree to inform, provide complete and accurate instructions to customers, ensuring that the support payments are made to the right subjects and according to the provisions of the law.

In addition, all employees proactively review the list of customers who are eligible for interest rate support; inform Government's interest rate support policies in the Decree to customers to have a written request to send to Branches. Besides, they will implement customer support immediately after a guiding Circular of the State Bank of Vietnam and guiding documents of the relevant Units to ensure timely and correct implementation of support according to regulations and create favorable conditions for customers’ benefits.

Along with that, It is necessary to organize training to all employees about the loan process for interest rate support and legal documents in accordance with the law and under the guidance of the Head of Branches for employees to properly implement, serve well for notifying, reporting, inspecting, exanimating and settlement of the annual interest rate support when the Head request and the relevant units.
