Over the past time, the Provincial Tax Department has promoted awareness and supported taxpayers in many ways, helping organizations and individuals fulfill their tax obligations. At the same time, the Tax Department also seeks to remove difficulties and obstacles and support businesses and individuals in overcoming difficulties through tax reduction, debt freezing, etc.

The reason the total budget revenue did not meet the assigned estimate was due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic. Most businesses and business households had to stop their production. Reduction policies for taxpayers faced difficulties due to the pandemic.

To recognize achievements, honor and commend organizations and individuals for paying good taxes, the Ministry of Finance awarded Certificates of Merit to one unit, and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 units and individuals. In addition, the General Department of Taxation awarded 14 certificates of merit, and the Provincial Tax Department awarded 120 certificates of merit to organizations and individuals for their tax payment obligations.
