According to Provincial Department of Health, since June 24^th, the number of Covid-19 cases in the province has reached nearly 3.000 case (an average of 170 cases per day) are detected. Currently, the Health Field has been monitoring and treating about 2.400 cases. With the current rate of disease spread, the reception capacity at treatment facilities in the near future will face many difficulties. Therefore, the health sector proposes to change the model of a 4-storey Covid-19 treatment facility instead of the current of 3-storey model.

Specifically, the first floor is the Intensive Care Center (ICU) for treatment of sickest Covid-19 patients. The second floor includes hospitals for treating elderly people infected with SARS-CoV-2 who have symptoms, underlying diseases that are being treated and monitored. The third floor includes facilities for treating elderly people infected with SARS-CoV-2 with respiratory symptoms or underlying diseases and stable treatment. The fourth floor includes district-leved health centers that receive and treat young and asymptomatic people infected with SARS-CoV-2.
