Establishment of a Board to Support Production, Business and Enterprises’ Activities in Dong Thap Province
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision on establishment of the Board to support production, business and enterprises’ activities in Dong Thap province.
Headed by Mr. Huynh Minh Tuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), this Board also has 02 Deputy Heads including Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung - Director of Department of Industry and Trade and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thien - Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and 18 members.
The Board has tasks of advising the PPC to promulgate plans and scenarios to restore production and business and proposes policies and programs to support enterprises in restoring production and business in the context Covid-19 epidemic in the province; also consulting the PPC to direct provincial departments, People's Committees of districts and cities to implement plans and scenarios to restore production and business, propose policies and programs to support enterprises in restoring production and business in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic in the Province. Those plans have to ensure the consistency and synchronization with tasks and solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic under the direction of the PPC and the Steering Committee for Covid-19 prevention and control of Dong Thap province.
In addition, the Board has to mobilize and coordinate resources to effectively perform tasks and solutions to restore production and business in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic. The Board is considered as a focal point for receiving, directing, solving and promptly removing difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in the process of restoring production and business.
In addition, the Board’s tasks are also to inspect, supervise and urge provincial departments, People's Committees of districts and cities in implementing tasks and solutions to restore production and business.
