On the morning of May 15, continuing the working program in Japan, the delegation of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Dieu, worked with the representative office of Esuhai Co., Ltd. in Tokyo.

At the working session, a representative of the Esuhai Company thanked the delegation for taking the time to visit the company. On the occasion of receiving the delegation, the company representative briefly introduced the company's operations as well as some cooperation activities with educational institutions in Dong Thap in recent times.
Accordingly, after nearly 20 years of formation and development, the Esuhai has built an ecosystem of companies, institutes, and schools, specializing in providing services in education and training, and dispatching technical interns and engineers to work in Japan.
In Dong Thap, the company cooperates with Tien Giang University, Tien Giang Medical College and has opened a representative office at Tien Giang University. The company representative proposed that the province support connecting the Esuhai with universities and colleges in the province in labor training, dispatching technical interns and engineers, especially in the fields of engineering, electricity, and information technology to work in Japan in the fields of railway, food technology, high-tech agriculture, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dieu informed the Esuhai about the province's socio-economic development, especially the activities of sending workers abroad, including Japan. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the results Esuhai has achieved in training and introducing workers to work in Japan, as well as the company's recommendations. He hoped that the company would soon sign agreements to link training and cooperate with educational institutions in Dong Thap. The provincial functional agencies will support and create conditions for businesses in general and the Esuhai in particular to operate effectively.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also provided more information about the province's policies in supporting workers to work abroad. At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed that the Esuhai continue to promote connections between Vietnamese businesses and Japanese businesses, as well as universities and colleges in Dong Thap to diversify training forms, especially short-term training in Japan in the fields of management, engineering, etc., to meet the recruitment needs of businesses operating in industrial parks and clusters in Dong Thap.
