With the busy schedule, the Delegation will exchange and promote the contents of the cooperation agreement signed with the Japan and Asia Institute of Health Welfare and Education (JAMWEI Institute), discuss agreements with the University of Hyogo, Agriculture School, Hyogo Prefectural Hospital, Bynas Corporation, Governments of Hyogo and Shiga Prefectures.

Participating in the delegation, there are Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen, Head of the provincial Committee's Publicity and Education Commission Nguyen Thi Kim Loan and leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches, along with Dong Thap Community College, Dong Thap Medical College.

Right after arriving in Japan, the delegation visited and worked with Hyogo University - a place with nearly 100 years of training, with 06 undergraduate faculties, 14 graduate faculties, 10 research institutes and laboratories related, with 6,000 students studying, including many Vietnamese students.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Tan Buu was impressed with the respectful reception of the School Board of Directors, and wished that Hyogo University would soon sign a cooperative agreement with Dong Thap Medical College focusing on 5 main contents, including: Academic exchange to improve professional qualifications and career advancement; research and propose for Vietnamese nurses and nursing students to use Japanese nursing knowledge and skills; application of Japanese medical and nursing system in Vietnam; research and practice the Onishi Medical Clinic model of Japan to be able to be applied in Vietnam and cultural exchange towards globalization of Hyogo University.

Mr. Doan Tan Buu also stated that Dong Thap province's policy in the health sector as well as in Dong Thap Medical College in recent years is able to cooperate with Hyogo University, and at the same time commits to creating the best conditions to promote the cooperative process smoothly and quickly.

These contents received the attention of the Management Board of Hyogo University. The two sides also agreed to cooperate and proposed to continue to have follow-up discussions in a high sense of responsibility to soon sign a long-term cooperative agreement.
