Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), and Mr. Tran Van Dung, the Standing Vice Chairman of the PPC, chaired a conference in the afternoon of April 7th to carry out Plan 246/KH-UBND, dated March 8th, 2026, of the PPC, on initiating a competitive emulation movement to accomplish the objectives and tasks of socio-economic development of Dong Thap province, period 2026 - 2030, as well as to sign the emulation agreement for 2026. The province's communes and wards were connected to the conference via the internet.
