Petunia is a herbaceous plant with a height of about 15 - 40 cm. The trunk is upright and grows horizontally, with many branches. The leaves on the upper stem grow symmetrically and the leaves on the middle stem grow alternately, the leaf blades are round oval, the leaf tips are pointed, dark green. The flowers are funnel-shaped, and the petals have a variety of stripes and spots in a variety of colors, including purple, mauve, lavender, pink, red, white and yellow. When you touch the leaves and flower stalks, they feel a bit sticky and have a very special fragrance.

Petunia flowers bloom all year round, small flowers are usually about 5cm in diameter, average is about 8cm, large is 12cm.

- Single petunia: Has only one thin, funnel-shaped petal, elongated at the base and flared at the top, looking quite similar to a lily. The flowers of single petunia are about 5 - 7cm in diameter, large in number and have a variety of eye-catching colors.

- Double petunia: Unlike single petunia, double petunia has many petals stacked on top of each other to create a wavy shape. The diameter of this flower is also larger, about 13cm. Each flower usually has 2 - 3 different colors.
