Marigold
Marigold is a flower originating from Mexico. They are herbaceous, grow upright and often branch heavily to form bushes with spreading branches. The leaves are pinnately compound leaves, serrated edges, often grown alternately or symmetrically and in each leaf axil will grow secondary branches.
Their flowers will grow singly at the top and have two main colors: yellow or orange-yellow. They usually bloom from winter to summer and the plants keep their flowers for quite a long time.
In our country, the main types of marigolds are dwarf marigolds and marigolds (also known as French marigolds) and chrysanthemums.
Flowers are easy to grow and healthy. The average plant height is usually 30 cm and each plant will have about 10 - 12 flowers after more than 2 months of planting. The diameter of the flower is about 7 - 10 cm with mainly yellow or orange-yellow color. Flowers can be used both for ornamental purposes and as worship flowers.
Outstanding with an eye-catching fiery red-orange color, fragrant flowers and more evenly spaced and spread petals. Similar to dwarf marigolds, this species is also very easy to grow and hardy. The difference is that French marigold will flower earlier, usually after only 45 - 50 days.
