Dong Thap and JAMWEI Institute to implement of many cooperative contents
Dong Thap and the Japan Asian Institute for Health and Welfare Education (JAMWEI Institute) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on promoting cooperation in many fields. In order to continue to promote the implementation of the cooperative contents according to the Memorandum of Understanding, JAMWEI Institute paid their 2-day visit and work from June 26 to 27 in Dong Thap.
On the morning of June 26, Mr. Yoshino Masayoshi - Chairman of JAMWEI Institute, Mr. Toshio Tetsumura - Chairman of NARA Higashi Hospital Group, Yamato Seijukai Social Welfare Group had a meeting with Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia and leaders of relevant departments, branches and units.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia welcomed the delegation of JAMWEI Institute and NARA Higashi Hospital Group to visit and work in Dong Thap.
Mr. Toshio Tetsumura said that he was very pleased to meet Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia after the visit of Dong Thap provincial leaders in Japan last May; at the same time, he shared, according to current statistics in Japan, the number of workers is short of about 320,000 people and it is known that Dong Thap is a very successful province in implementing the program to send local laborers to work abroad for an agreed duration. Therefore, this is a great advantage to promote cooperation in the coming time with the Group in the training program and recruitment of human resources to take care of the elderly to work in Japan.
In addition, Mr. Toshio Tetsumura added that the training program is implemented in accordance with Japanese standards, will recruit high school graduates in Dong Thap to train Japanese and study in Japan in the field of health, thereby, contributing to providing human resources for both Japan and Dong Thap.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia said that during the recent meeting with Nara Higashi Hospital Group in Japan, he was very pleased with the enthusiasm and ideas suggested by the two sides. On the day, it was more excited that those contents, through the connection from the JAMWEI Institute, would be promoted to be implemented in the coming time; at the same time, he affirmed that he was ready to create all conditions for the delegation to learn about the investment and cooperation in the province.
In addition to agreeing with the contents of the working trip to Dong Thap of JAMWEI Institute and NARA Higashi Hospital Group, Mr. Pham Thien Nghia hoped that would be a premise for more effective cooperation between the two sides.

Right after the meeting with provincial leaders, the JAMWEI and NARA Higashi Hospital Group went to the Department of Education and Training to exchange the project of teaching Japanese language and developing human resources before, during and after high school graduation for Vietnam's health service industry and improve the quality of health care services for the future in Dong Thap province; visited and exchanged the organization of Japanese language training classes at Dong Thap University; visited and promoted with Dong Thap Community College on building the plan of training language and human resources in automation with Bynas Group. |
