At the meeting, the school leaders introduced the 2025 enrollment plan, with about 1,000 targets and 02 new training programs: Program 1+4 and the INTENSE program.
Mr. Liao Hsin Te, Vice President of Minghsin University of Science and Technology introduced new programs
The 1+4 program (college preparatory program) provides the advantage of covering the first year's tuition and providing students with the option to win a scholarship each semester (based on their academic performance). The target audience is high school graduates with no prior foreign language experience who will travel to Taiwan to study Chinese for one year before continuing on to university for four years.
The INTENSE program (International Industrial Talents Education Special Program) is aimed for students who have completed their second or third year of university or college and hold a bachelor's degree with a TOCFL A2 or better. International students will be subsidized for tuition and other fees for up to two years and will be paid a base income throughout their internship.
