Accordingly, the delegation visited the Sethia Hemraj Rice Oil Company Limited and the Hung Hau Food Company Limited. At the place of visit, the Provincial Leaders inquired about the production and business situation of the companies.

A representative of the Sethia Hemraj Rice Oil Company Limited said that the company's total revenue in 2024 reached about VND900 billions, and in 2025, the company is expected to release more than 32,000 tons of rice oil (equivalent to more than 35 million liters) to the market.

The company has been currently implementing phase 2, producing oil from soybeans. Therefore, we hope that the province will create more favorable conditions for the company in terms of land fund to expand the production; concurrently, developing the soybean raw material areas, the company will purchase products and provide support to farmers on techniques and seeds.

With the perspective of industrial production from local agricultural raw materials, the Hung Hau Food Company Limited has prioritized the use of agricultural products in the province. Currently, the company has deeply processed some agricultural products such as: dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, etc., of which the most is the frozen mango processing. In the upcoming time, the company will continue to complete the fruit processing factory, so that the company needs more the land fund to open another factory, with an area of 02 hectares.

Provincial Party Secretary Le Quoc Phong has highly appreciated the production and business results and the upcoming development orientations of the companies and proposed to promote the application of science and technology in the production chain.

Additionally, the Provincial Party Secretary has also requested the Departments, Branches and Localities to grasp and promptly remove difficulties for the enterprises so that the enterprises can develop more strongly in the near future.

In this working trip, the Delegation visited the actual construction location of the social housing area of the (old) Trade Union Institution in An Hoa Ward, the Commercial Center combined with housing at Sa Dec Ferry Terminal (Ward 3) and surveyed the location of Tran Thi Nhuong Bridge (Ward 3).

Through the survey, Provincial Party Secretary Le Quoc Phong requested Sa Dec City to review and carefully research the location of investment projects, ensuring efficiency and preserving some local cultural values; coincidently, the locality must change the approach and be proactive in implementing the investment projects and works in the city.
