Tourists enjoy ecotourism

By promoting the branding of "Dong Thap—As Pure as Lotus" tourism, the plan seeks to successfully execute the 2025 Tourism Stimulus Program. It guarantees the accomplishment of the 2025 goals, which include receiving 5 million tourists (an increase of 11.36% over 2024) and earning VND 2,416 billion in tourism-related income.

The plan outlines six major task groups and solutions: improving comprehensive state tourism management; creating an investment-friendly environment and assisting businesses in overcoming challenges and barriers to meeting the demands of tourism development in the new context; and developing innovative management and operation models to maximize the potential of historic sites and unique, highly competitive tourist attractions to attract tourists.

The province is simultaneously concentrating on developing new techniques and material for promoting tourism, improving the use of contemporary technology, and boosting professionalism while utilizing the positioning of the tourism brand linked to the distinctive local cultural identity.

The plan highlights the development of unique and high-quality tourism products that are in line with the potential, strengths, and development orientation of Dong Thap, among other things. It also discusses the combination of using state resources and mobilizing social resources to engage in tourism promotion activities.
