The Office of Provincial People’s Committee is a State agency belonging to Đồng Tháp provincial People’s Committee (PPC). The Office consults and assists the PPC to perform following tasks: scheduling tasks; organizing, managing and publicizing official information regarding PPC’s activities and the Chairman; coordinating tasks of Đồng Tháp’s Portal to facilitate operation and direction of the PPC as well as the Chairman; managing official publication; serving PPC’s activities; helping the Chairman (including Vice Chairmen of the PPC) in performing tasks and powers within his or her competence; and controlling official archives and its office administration.

The Office of PPC has its own legal status, seal and a separate account.
