In his concluding remarks, the Chairman of the PPC, Pham Thanh Ngai, requested that all levels and sectors carefully review each task, clearly defining the direction and solutions for implementation in the coming period. Specifically, the Department of Finance should focus on reviewing and promptly addressing difficulties and obstacles for private investment projects, reviewing the 2026 state budget estimates, and simultaneously developing and reviewing socio-economic growth scenarios for 2026.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai urged the Department of Agriculture and Environment to carefully regulate sand mining activities. The Provincial Military Command has been directed to maintain a high level of combat readiness and to conduct the 2026 military recruiting ceremony in a solemn, safe, efficient, and proper way, ensuring that quotas and quality criteria are reached.

The Chairman also requested that all sectors and localities take good care of people's material and spiritual lives during the Lunar New Year 2026; fully and promptly implement policies for war veterans, policy beneficiaries, and vulnerable groups; and ensure social security so that everyone can enjoy a safe and economical Spring Festival.

Furthermore, he recommended the implementation of joyous and healthy activities to commemorate the Party and the Spring Festival; the strengthening of measures to prevent and combat crime, fire prevention and control; and the protection of people's property and health.
