The Group is committed to providing financial resources, technology, and foreign experience to Vietnam while implementing projects that meet the standards of rapid progress, high quality, and reasonable costs.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the PPC informed about Dong Thap's investment potential.

Speaking during the conference, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Chairman of the PPC, stated that with the merger of Dong Thap and Tien Giang province into a new administrative unit, the province now has many favorable conditions to expand its socioeconomic growth area. He also presented an outline of the local socioeconomic growth status. Currently, the province has six solid economic zones, several of which contain Chinese enterprises that invest and operate well.

The province, with its huge population and advantageous geographical location, is focusing on altering its planning to enlarge its growth area, according to the Chairman of the PPC. Transportation infrastructure, in particular, is still being invested in, with key expressways and the road along Tien river designated as critical economic arteries that will be prioritized for improvement in the near future after provincial planning is completed.

Furthermore, improving logistical infrastructure has been regarded as a critical priority in leveraging the Mekong Delta region's gateway advantages to develop supply chains for rice, fruit, and agricultural products. In particular, the Chinese market is a significant export market for the province's fruit.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai emphasized that the province is always willing to help and create favorable conditions for businesses to pursue investment opportunities, and he directed relevant departments and agencies to continue exchanging information and exploring collaboration opportunities with Pacific Construction Group in the future.
